Overall Opinion: I used PicsArt to add text to my images and nothing else, but when I used to outline and shadows, the whole text gets BLACK. But I selected the outline and shadow only in black and text in white. When changing shadow colour after applying font outline colour, it won't change. It will change only the font colour. Waste of time in using. Now that problem has been fixed. But still I cant download my image in high-quality png format. It needs pro purchasement,
Pros: Free, Support humans are available 24/7, Has more features
Cons: Most features won't work and support humans will only pass the suggestion to developers. And moreover, png high-quality image download needs purchase

Overall Opinion: For the last few weeks the application is litrally blackmailing us into subscribing and paying money ...after editing my photos and spending time and effort ,it refuses to save it and keeps on showing the subscribtion pages. It is really frustrating ...i don't need the extra features and i use the app. For personal photos not for work ...it used to be fun ...not anymore ...and i'm now seriously searching for another app. Is it not enough the money you gain from all those ads ??? Believe me guys ...i will not buy the pro version ...never .

Overall Opinion: Picsart was my go to photo edit app mainly because it allows use to erase or paint on just about any effect, sticker, filter, text whatever could be added on you could erase and then paint back in as well as adjust the opacity.... a very very helpful feature. PicsArt also had a great store where you could by individual packs of effects, stickers, etc which was awesome to buy just what you need at a very affordable price. THEN a few years back they decided toale it a ridiculous monthly/yearly fee to access all their add on features. That sucks because I DON'T NEED ALL THEIR FEATURES. I prefer to buy only what I want. So now the app gives you limited set effects and so on. I recall adding text to my photo and when I went to save it took me to their subscription page... it wouldn't let me save the photo so I had to do a screenshot of it to save. The monthly price they are asking is too much I feel especially when there are better apps out there that are free and let you buy the add on you want. From the start PicsArt was a bit more limited in free offerings compared to many other apps but as I said the fact that you erase and paint back in just about any add on or adjustment is awesome.
Pros: Erase / paint back in any add on or adjustment to just certain parts of your photo if you wanted to. Also had a great store to purchase individual items or packs.
Cons: Format changed to a monthly subscription fee to access their store where everything is available to use but if you don't need or use everything from their store then the monthly fee is a waste.
