Overall Opinion: What started off as one of the best services out there has become an absolute nightmare. They have had non stop issues with being blocked by SpamHaus so literally 40 to 50% of the emails overnight became blocked. They have acknowledged the issue however reuse to credit back for the missed emails, refuse to discuss alternatives and only try and upsell you on other services avoiding the issue at hand, only repeating the same thing: "we know there is an issue and working hard to fix it"...................... 6 months later, I am out.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything: Deliverability is terrible, customer service is absolute garbage and the functionality is just absurd now that they are listed on the blacklists.

Joe Bob is using Sendgrid almost every day since at least a year or more.

Overall Opinion: This is a popular email manager, and users like it. Also, Sendgrid's publishers actively support and upgrade it. The product's substantial free trial lets new users learn to use Sendgrid before they adopt it. Importantly, over 60,000 companies, nonprofits and solo entrepreneurs are currently on paid Sendgrid subscriptions! Those subscriptions span a broad, complex pricing structure, but the low-end cost is nominal. Organizations that send a lot of emails to a lot of people need Sendgrid.

Pros: SendGrid is a great mass-email solution. The product can be deployed on the web, via SaaS or in the cloud. Users report quick email delivery and low bounce rates. This title includes email tracking. The product has a broad set of reports. SendGrid's makers offer good customer support. Users can customize SendGrid's templates. SendGrid offers easy back-end implementation. Online reviews speak highly of SendGrid's value. Users that don't know code can easily configure SendGrid. SendGrid's features help users quickly solve bottlenecks. This brand's free trial lasts 30 days and does not require a credit card. Over 60,000 paying customers use Sendgrid.

Cons: For sprawling organizations, initially configuring SendGrid can be complex. Users report being overwhelmed by SendGrid's advanced features. The product does not perpetually retain logs. This title's layout navigation challenges some new users. SendGrid offers limited custom fields. The product does not save sent emails. This software does not support social media platforms SendGrid lacks some of its competitors' integrations. Verifying that all emails in a large campaign were sent requires switching between several servers. Users have complained that SendGrid's interface is difficult to read. Large campaigns carry high costs.
