Overall Opinion: don't use this company they will hurt you more than getting your podcast growing its absolutely crap and wasting money and time you will be accused of fraud traffic so they won't pay its money gripper place more than anything else save your podcast and go somewhere else

Overall Opinion: Their customer service is non-existent and pathetic it is only by email no phones. They only have an email support@sprectrum, but no one actually monitors it or gives a crap you are in need of immediate or expedited assistance on their platform. It will take at least a week, or maybe more if they are busy rolling out new services to get paid. Instead doing what they said to keep costs low by providing only email,they should work emails like other places, nope, you still get promotional emails of things they are doing to draw in more podcastsers to get paid and you are ignored for a long time. Why there is no technical help when things happen in way that podcasters feel they aren't of higher concern, only selling the next aspect of their platform? How can a company ignore their bread-and-butter paying podcasters call for assistance? There are now so many platforms podcasters can do, heck, it can be done free on Youtube! They need to think about that.
