The information can be plugged into the system so that the invoice is generated automatically and sent via email. For small businesses, this is an app that is useful so that you don't have to spend as much time going over the finer details of payments and can simply use a template or a basic form. If you don't need a program that offers all of the latest details, then this is the app that you want to use. The invoices are sent fairly quickly, and once they are sent, you can track whether they have been received or not. Once the invoice has been paid, you get confirmation so that you can mark the account as paid. This system is also beneficial for businesses that have multiple customers and need to ensure that all of the paperwork reaches those customers on time.
